Job summary

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is seeking a safety-focused CDL Driver / Equipment Operator to join our Owensboro team. You will operate CDL equipment, perform pre/post trip inspections, and document compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

This role requires a Class A or B CDL with Tanker endorsement, willingness to travel, and ability to work in demanding environments with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a Class A or B CDL with Tanker (N) or Tanker+Hazardous (X) endorsements, air brakes, and current DOT medical certificate.
• Experience driving manual 10-speed or higher.
• Maintain insurability under company insurance plan.
• Ability to work in elevated or confined spaces with Lock-Out Tag-Out and Crane Safety (training provided).
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screening and background check.
• Must be willing to travel overnight for assignments.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate all CDL equipment safely, including Roll-Off, Flat Bed, Vacuum, and Service Trucks; perform Pre/Post Trip inspections.
• Document all required company, federal, state, and customer paperwork clearly.
• Operate high-pressure water-blaster and vacuum equipment.
• Perform Field Technician duties such as shoveling and tank cleaning.
• Communicate effectively with on-site customer representatives.
• Lead subordinate personnel to perform duties safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain equipment and company property in proper condition.
