Job summary

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is seeking a safety-focused CDL Driver / Equipment Operator to join our team in New Orleans. This full-time role requires operating Roll-Off, Flat Bed, Vacuum, and Service trucks, plus performing pre/post-trip inspections and field duties.

You will document all paperwork, operate high-pressure water and vacuum equipment, and communicate with on-site customer reps. Occasional overnight travel and safety training are required.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A or B CDL with Tanker Endorsement (N) or Tanker+Hazardous (X) endorsement, air brakes, and current DOT medical certificate.
• Must have experience driving a manual 10-speed or higher.
• Maintain insurability under the company’s insurance plan.
• Understand Elevated/Confined Space entry and Lock-Out/Tag-Out and Crane Safety (training provided).
• Must be able to understand English to follow safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate CDL equipment safely (Roll-Off Trucks, Flat Bed Trucks, Vacuum Trucks, Service Trucks) and perform Pre/Post Trip inspections.
• Document all required Company, Federal, State, and Customer paperwork clearly.
• Operate high-pressure water-blaster and vacuum equipment.
• Perform Field Technician duties (shoveling, tank cleaning).
• Communicate effectively with on-site customer representatives.
• Lead and direct subordinate personnel to perform duties safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain equipment and company property.
• Work in Elevated/Confined Space areas; training provided.
