Job summary

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is seeking a safety-focused CDL Driver / Equipment Operator to join our team in Indiana. You will operate roll-off, flat bed, vacuum, and service trucks, performing pre/post trip inspections and documenting compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

This role requires a Class A/B CDL with Tanker (N) or X, experience with manual transmissions, and the ability to work in confined spaces.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL with Tanker (N) or X endorsement and DOT medical certificate.
• Experience driving a manual 10-speed or higher.
• Maintain insurability under company insurance.
• Understand elevated or confined space entry; training provided.
• Must pass pre-employment, random, and post-accident drug testing and background check.
• Willing to travel overnight as required.
• Ready to complete Technician 1 within 30 days and Technician 2/3 within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate CDL equipment safely, including Roll-Off, Flat Bed, Vacuum, and Service Trucks; perform Pre/Post Trip inspections.
• Document all Company, Federal, State, and Customer paperwork clearly.
• Operate high-pressure water-blaster and vacuum equipment.
• Perform Field Technician duties such as shoveling and tank cleaning.
• Lead and direct personnel to perform duties safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain equipment and company property in good condition.
• Follow safety procedures for elevated or confined spaces, Lock-Out Tag-Out, and Crane Safety (training provided).
