Superior Environmental Solutions, LLC (SES) is seeking a safety-focused CDL Driver / Equipment Operator to join our team in the Midwest. You will drive a variety of CDL equipment, complete safety inspections, and document all required paperwork.

This role supports SES services including water blasting, tank cleaning, and vacuum truck operations. SES offers training, competitive benefits after 30 days, and opportunities for advancement in a safety-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Class A or B CDL with Tanker Endorsement (N) or Tanker/X endorsement, air brakes, and current DOT medical certificate.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate CDL equipment safely (Roll-Off, Flat Bed, Vacuum, Service Trucks) and perform pre/post trip inspections.
• Document all company, federal, state, and customer paperwork clearly.
• Operate high-pressure water-blaster and vacuum equipment.
• Perform Field Technician duties (shoveling, tank cleaning).
• Communicate effectively with on-site customer representative.
• Lead and direct subordinate personnel to perform duties safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain equipment and company property.
