Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is seeking a safety-focused CDL Driver / Equipment Operator to join our Midwest team. You’ll operate Roll-Off, Flat Bed, Vacuum, and Service Trucks, perform pre/post trip inspections, and ensure compliance with company and customer safety policies.

This role requires a Class A/B CDL with tanker endorsement, English proficiency, and the ability to travel overnight. SES offers weekly pay, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, and 4%

Qualifications

• CDL with Tanker (N) or Tanker+Hazardous (X) endorsements and air brakes.
• Must hold a current DOT medical certificate.
• Experience driving manual transmission (10-speed or higher).
• Maintain insurability under the company’s insurance plan.
• English language comprehension for safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-required equipment safely, including Roll-Off, Flat Bed, Vacuum, and Service Trucks.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and complete required paperwork clearly.
• Operate high-pressure water-blaster and vacuum equipment as needed.
• Execute Field Technician duties (e.g., shoveling, tank cleaning).
• Communicate effectively with on-site customer representatives.
