Job summary

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is seeking a safety-focused CDL Driver / Equipment Operator to join our Owensboro, KY team. You will drive a range of CDL-equipped trucks, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and help with field technician duties such as tank cleaning.

We offer weekly pay, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, a 401(k) with 4% match, paid CDL training, and PTO. This role requires a valid CDL with Tanker Endorsement and the ability to travel overnight

Qualifications

• Must possess a Class A or B CDL with Tanker Endorsement, air brakes, and current DOT medical certificate; no restricted CDL codes.
• Experience driving a manual 10-speed or higher.
• Maintain insurability under company insurance.
• Safety certifications for elevated/confined spaces, LOTO, and crane safety (training provided).
• Must comprehend English to follow safety instructions and emergency procedures.
• Must pass pre-employment and post-incident drug testing and background checks.
• Willing to travel overnight for assignments.
• Ability to perform Technician 1 within 30 days and Tech 2/3 within first year.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds repeatedly and work in extreme conditions.
• Must wear PPE and work from elevated platforms when needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate all CDL equipment safely, including Roll-Off, Flat Bed, Vacuum, and Service Trucks; perform pre/post trip inspections.
• Document all required Company, Federal, State, and Customer paperwork clearly.
• Operate high-pressure water-blaster and vacuum equipment.
• Perform Field Technician duties (shoveling, tank cleaning) when needed.
• Communicate effectively with on-site customer representatives.
• Lead and direct subordinate personnel to perform duties safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs as required.
• Maintain equipment and company property in good condition.
• Work in Elevated or Confined Space entry areas and follow safety protocols (training provided).
