Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is seeking a safety-focused CDL Driver/Equipment Operator to join our Midwest team in Crescent, IA. The role involves operating Roll-Off, Flat Bed, Vacuum, and Service Trucks, with frequent field duties and strict safety adherence.

You will document required paperwork, perform inspections, and handle high-pressure water and vacuum equipment. The job requires overnight travel, leadership, and problem-solving in demanding environments.

Formación

• Hold a Class A or B CDL with Tanker endorsement (N) or Tanker+Hazardous (X) endorsement.
• Experience driving a manual 10-speed transmission or higher.
• Maintain insurability under the company’s insurance plan.
• Able to pass pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident/injury screenings.
• Willingness to travel overnight for assignments.
• Able to perform Technician 1 within 30 days and Technician 2&3 within a year.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and operate CDL-required equipment including Roll-Off, Flat Bed, Vacuum, and Service Trucks.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and maintain paperwork per policy.
• Operate high-pressure water-blaster and vacuum equipment as needed.
• Perform Field Technician duties (e.g., shoveling, tank cleaning).
• Communicate professionally with on-site customer representatives.
• Lead and direct subordinates to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs when needed.
• Ensure equipment and company property are kept in good condition.
