Job summary

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is seeking a safety-first CDL Driver / Equipment Operator to join our Crescent, IA team. You will drive Roll-Off, Flat Bed, Vacuum, and Service trucks, perform Pre/Post Trip inspections, and ensure compliance with safety policies on every job.

The ideal candidate holds a Class A/B CDL with tanker endorsement and a valid DOT medical card, with experience in manual transmissions and strong paperwork discipline.

Qualifications

• CDL license with Tanker Endorsement (N) or Tanker/Hazmat (X) and current DOT medical certificate.
• Experience driving a manual 10‑speed or higher.
• Able to pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
• Proficient in English for safety instructions.
• Willingness to travel overnight as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive CDL equipment safely (Roll-Off, Flat Bed, Vacuum, Service Trucks) and perform Pre/Post Trip inspections.
• Document all required company, federal, state, and customer paperwork clearly.
• Operate high‑pressure water‑blaster and vacuum equipment.
• Perform Field Technician duties such as tank cleaning.
• Communicate professionally with on-site customer representatives.
• Lead and direct subordinate personnel to perform duties safely.
