Job summary

QXO, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver (Class A or B) to safely transport building materials and equipment to customer locations and job sites. You will load, secure, and verify loads while complying with DOT/FMCSA regulations in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

The ideal candidate has 12+ months of commercial driving, a valid CDL, and a readiness to work outdoors in all weather, with strong teamwork and independent work capability. Training and certifications are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Class A or B CDL license in good standing.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform touch-freight tasks, lifting or carrying products weighing over 75 lbs.
• Pre-inspect the truck, load materials, and verify the accuracy of the load.
• Notify branch management of any potential hazards on site.
• Set up job parameters and inspect the site to ensure safe loading/unloading.
• Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher for timely delivery.
• Follow DOT and company safety procedures and wear PPE.
