Job summary

QXO is seeking a CDL Driver (Class A or B) to safely transport building materials to customer locations and job sites. You will load/unload, verify loads, and maintain DOT compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Must lift up to 75 lbs, and have at least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience. We offer competitive hourly pay, benefits including 401(k) match, health/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, parental leave, training, and more.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL license in good standing.
• At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and driving a manual transmission truck.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and deliver building materials to customer locations and job sites.
• Perform touch-freight tasks, lifting or carrying products weighing over 75 lbs.
• Pre-inspect the truck, load materials, and verify the load.
• Notify branch management of potential hazards on site.
• Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher for timely delivery.
• Follow all DOT and company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
