QXO is seeking a CDL Driver (Class A or B) to safely transport building materials to customer locations and job sites. The role includes loading/unloading, securing cargo, and ensuring DOT/FMCSA compliance.

Ideal candidates are safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include touch-freight handling, truck pre-inspection, hazard notification, site safety setup, and continuous liaison with dispatch for timely deliveries.

Formación

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL in good standing.
• At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and manual transmission trucks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Safety-focused and dependable with strong customer orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform touch-freight tasks, lifting or carrying products over 75 lbs.
• Pre-inspect the truck, load materials, and verify the load.
• Notify branch management of hazards on site.
• Set up job parameters and ensure a safe loading environment.
• Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher for timely deliveries.
