Job summary

QXO is seeking a CDL Driver (Class A or B) responsible for transporting building materials and equipment to customer locations. The role combines driving with hands-on support in loading and unloading, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Class A or B CDL license in good standing.
• At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and manual transmission trucks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Transport building materials and equipment to job sites.
• Load, unload, and secure materials while ensuring compliance.
• Notify management of potential hazards on site.
• Inspect the site to ensure a safe loading environment.
• Maintain communication with dispatcher for timely deliveries.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
