This full-time position involves variable hours, safety-first tasks, and teamwork across driving and yard operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a class A CDL or a commercial learning permit.
• Must have acceptable MVR per hiring standards.
• Must meet DOT regulatory requirements under 49 CFR 391.
• Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds several times a day.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer, including doubles/straight trucks.
• Perform pre- and post-trip safety inspections.
• Hook/unhook trailers and dollies.
• Move freight with forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck.
• Secure freight with pallets, straps, and rope.
• Complete required documentation and reports.
• Communicate with Dispatch regarding delays or issues.
• Provide internal and external customer service.
• Assist with pick-up/delivery needs and generate leads for sales.
