Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is hiring a Supervisor, Delivery NFS in Memphis to lead a team responsible for efficient delivery and merchandising of products, onboarding teammates, responding to issues, and optimizing route execution. You will train merchandisers and conduct RED rides to develop skills and drive performance.

The role requires leadership experience, strong planning, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments while maintaining safety and customer service

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Up to 12 months of work experience required.
Must obtain Class A CDL.
Preferred 2 years of college or technical school.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of Full-Service Delivery Merchandisers and Cashiers to deliver results.
Onboard new teammates and respond to customer issues with a focus on safety and compliance.
Drive daily execution through RED rides and coaching.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement plans.
Ensure safe working environment and proper training in safety techniques.
Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and route planning teams.
