Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Supervisor, Delivery NFS in Dayton, OH. You will lead a team responsible for efficient delivery and merchandising of products, onboard new teammates, address customer issues, and optimize route efficiency while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will train merchandisers to develop skills, conduct RED rides weekly, and partner cross-functionally with sales, warehouse, and route planning teams to meet distribution objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading a team is preferred.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach and develop teammates.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard teammates to meet staffing needs.
• Lead and motivate a team of delivery merchandisers and cashiers to achieve goals.
