• Must be able to obtain a Class A CDL.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Full-Service Delivery Merchandisers and Cashiers.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and route planning teams to optimize delivery.
• Conduct RED rides and training to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Monitor key business indicators and implement improvement actions.
• Ensure adherence to cash handling and Kronos time-card procedures.
