Job Description: Driver at Nutrien Ag Solutions

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking full-time and part-time drivers for multiple locations throughout the Cornbelt Region. This is an excellent opportunity for both newly licensed and experienced drivers who are willing to load, unload, and engage with customers. Home every night!

Responsibilities:

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately.
• Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
• Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
• Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
• Unload or assist in unloading trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers at the facility, safely and efficiently using forklifts or hand trucks.
• Be aware of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precautions.
• Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Maintain and clean equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and applicable endorsements.
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Must meet minimum DOT age requirements.
• Able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Meet DOT and company requirements.
• Able to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated salary range is $18-$21/hour, depending on location and experience. This role offers paid sick days, with other benefits not available due to the temporary nature of the position. Overtime and other pay elements are in accordance with legal requirements.
