This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time driver positions across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. Ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers eager to work. Willingness to load, unload, and engage with customers required. Home nightly!

What you'll do:

• Drive company trucks to deliver sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately
• Complete and maintain required records
• Pick up and deliver products to customers
• Load or assist in loading trailers with materials
• Unload trailers of chemicals and fertilizers safely using forklifts or hand trucks
• Understand and follow safety precautions regarding products
• Perform responsibilities safely and efficiently
• Maintain equipment properly
• Other duties as assigned

What you'll bring:

• High School diploma
• Driving experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and endorsements
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred
• Meet minimum DOT age requirements
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening
• Meet DOT and company requirements
• Availability to work additional hours as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated salary range is $18-$21/hour, depending on location and experience. Benefits include paid sick days; other benefits are not provided due to the temporary nature of the role. Overtime and legal pay elements apply. Nutrien complies with all relevant regulations and internal pay equity considerations.
