Job Description: Agricultural Driver (Full-time/Part-time)

Nutrien Ag Solutions, a division of Nutrien, is seeking reliable drivers for multiple locations throughout the Cornbelt Region. This role is ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers willing to load, unload, and engage with customers. Home nightly!

Responsibilities:

1. Drive company trucks to designated locations safely and accurately.
2. Complete and maintain required records.
3. Pick up and deliver products to customers.
4. Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
5. Unload trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers safely using forklifts or hand trucks.
6. Follow safety protocols regarding product hazards.
7. Perform responsibilities efficiently and safely.
8. Maintain equipment properly.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with applicable endorsements.
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Must meet minimum DOT age requirements.
• Able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Availability to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated hourly wage: $18-$21 (varies by location). Benefits include paid sick days. Due to the temporary nature, other benefits, retirement, or paid time off are not included. Overtime and legal pay elements apply. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, education, and location.
