This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time positions across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. It’s an excellent opportunity for newly licensed or experienced drivers seeking work. A willingness to load, unload, and engage with customers is required. You will be home every night!

What you'll do:

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders, safely and accurately
• Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations
• Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed
• Load or assist in loading trailers with materials
• Unload or assist in unloading trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers at the facility, safely and efficiently, using forklift or hand truck
• Be aware of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precautions
• Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently
• Maintain equipment through proper cleaning and upkeep
• Other duties as assigned

What you'll bring:

• High School diploma
• Driving experience preferred
• Valid driver's license & applicable endorsements
• A CDL is required; hazmat endorsement preferred
• Must meet minimum DOT age requirements
• Able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening
• Meet DOT and company requirements
• Willing to work additional hours to meet business needs

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated salary range is $18-$21/hour, based on location (e.g., Colorado). Actual salary and benefits may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Benefits include paid sick days; however, due to the temporary nature of this role, other benefits, retirement, and paid time off are not provided. The position is eligible for overtime and complies with applicable laws. Nutrien adheres to benefit and retirement regulations.
