This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time CDL driver positions across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. It is ideal for both newly licensed and experienced drivers willing to load, unload, and engage with customers. Home nightly!

Responsibilities:

1. Drive company trucks to designated locations safely and accurately.
2. Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
3. Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
4. Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
5. Unload or assist in unloading bulk chemicals and fertilizers using forklifts or hand trucks.
6. Be aware of product hazards and take proper precautions.
7. Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
8. Maintain equipment properly and keep it clean.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with applicable endorsements.
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Meet minimum DOT age requirements.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Meet DOT and company requirements.
• Willing to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated salary range is $18-$21/hour, depending on location and experience. Benefits include paid sick days; however, due to the temporary nature of this role, it does not include other benefits, retirement, or paid time off. Overtime and applicable pay elements are provided as per law.
