This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time positions across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region of Nutrien Ag Solutions. It is an excellent opportunity for newly licensed or experienced drivers seeking work. A willingness to load, unload, and engage with customers is required. Home every night!

What you'll do:

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately.
• Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
• Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
• Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
• Unload or assist in unloading trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers at the facility, safely and efficiently, using forklifts or hand trucks.
• Be aware of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precautions.
• Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Maintain and clean equipment properly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring:

• High School diploma.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and applicable endorsements.
• A CDL is required; hazmat endorsement is preferred.
• Must meet minimum DOT age requirements.
• Able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Meet DOT and company requirements.
• Able to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated salary range is $18-$21/hour, based on location and experience. This range is an estimate from sources like Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn. Actual salary and benefits may vary. This position offers paid sick days. Due to its temporary nature, it does not include other benefits, retirement, or paid time off. Overtime and other pay elements are applicable as per law. Nutrien complies with all benefit and retirement regulations.
