Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to support in-store and on-site customer service and merchandise delivery. You will plan and execute loading, unloading, and loading loads while ensuring DOT compliance and safe operation of equipment.

Requirements include valid Class A or B CDL, medical certificate, and the ability to verify invoices and part numbers. Expect 21+ age, MVR checks, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL license with medical certificate.
• Ability to read and verify invoices and model numbers.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass MVR and CDL requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
• Experience with loading/unloading and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by assisting customers and answering questions.
• Coordinate deliveries and loading of merchandise according to schedule.
• Inspect products before loading and ensure accurate loading and DOT compliance.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and operate delivery equipment as needed.
• Communicate delivery status in the system and with drivers.
