TerraWorks, LLC is seeking a skilled CDL Crew Lead to oversee field construction crews, operate equipment, and manage day-to-day site activities. The role requires travel, safety leadership, and hands-on labor across varied job sites.

Candidates should hold a valid CDL (Class A) and have prior experience leading crews, with strong safety awareness and the ability to work outdoors in changing conditions. This is a full-time position on road projects.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required; background check and drug screening.
• Proven experience operating heavy equipment and leading crews.
• Strong safety knowledge and compliance with company policies.
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor outdoors.
• Willing to travel for extended road assignments (weeks at a time).
• Prior construction or related industry experience would help.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL vehicles to transport equipment, tools, and materials to sites.
• Lead a crew of laborers to complete daily tasks with safety and quality as priorities.
• Coordinate with project manager on schedules and progress.
• Enforce safety protocols and company procedures on site.
• Assist with hands-on construction tasks and site prep as needed.
• Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance on vehicles/machinery.
• Train new crew members on safety and procedures.
• Foster a positive, productive work environment.
