Job summary

EXO Inc. is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Construction Crew Member with a Class A CDL Driver to join our field crew.

This hands-on role involves transporting equipment and materials between facilities and job sites, assisting with site prep, concrete work, and general construction tasks for utility projects. You will operate skid steers, mini excavators, forklifts, and other equipment, perform pre-trip inspections, and ensure DOT compliance while maintaining a strong safety record.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience, preferably hauling construction equipment and materials.
• Previous experience in construction, civil, utility, or heavy industrial work preferred.
• Experience with concrete work, including forming, rebar installation, mixing, and pouring concrete.
• Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, forklifts, or similar construction equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of proper load securement techniques and DOT regulations.
• Ability to read and follow construction drawings, work instructions, and safety procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor in support of utility, civil, and infrastructure projects.
• Mix, place, and finish concrete for foundations, pads, and other structural applications.
• Set, align, and dismantle concrete forms.
• Install and tie reinforcing steel (rebar) according to project specifications.
• Excavate, backfill, grade, and prepare job sites for construction activities.
• Operate construction equipment within certification and experience levels.
• Safely load and unload equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and job site requirements.
