Job summary

Wilhelm Site Services seeks a Lead Foreman to supervise construction sites, coordinate crews, and drive projects from mobilization to closeout. You will manage field operations, read complex plan sets, and ensure safety and schedule adherence.

The role requires travel to multiple sites, hands-on leadership, and strong communication with general contractors and subs. GPS familiarity is a plus for layout tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience reading full plan sets and coordinating sequencing.
• Ability to layout and survey; GPS experience is a strong plus.
• Proven track record leading crews and managing field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations and run the project crew to maintain workflow.
• Read and interpret plan sets, coordinate with surveyors, and supervise layout.
• Oversee grading, pipe installation, and equipment operation.
• Manage daily reporting, coordinate with GCs, subs, and inspectors.
• Travel to project sites and maintain team morale and productivity.
