Job summary

Valor Environmental is hiring a Full-Time Crew Leader to oversee daily crew activities in construction and landscaping projects. The role includes coordinating site logistics, managing materials and safety, and ensuring client satisfaction through on-site leadership.

Candidates should have prior crew leadership experience in construction or landscaping, a valid Driver’s License, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather, weekends, and extended hours.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or landscaping leadership experience
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to physically work outdoors in all types of weather
• Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed
• Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment, lifting 50 pounds frequently

Responsibilities

• Leads all crew work for day’s events: driving to site, managing materials, quality of work, inspection sign‑offs, in-field communication, material/tool care, overtime management, safety measures.
