Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. is seeking dedicated Dockworker/Driver to load and unload freight, operate a tractor-trailer, and deliver shipments between service centers and customer facilities.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and punctuality within a dynamic warehouse and driving environment. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid CDL-A with appropriate endorsements, and at least 12 months of tractor-trailer experience or completion of the OD

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.
• Must perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Must pass drug and alcohol tests and meet medical standards.
• Experience with tractor-trailer driving and/or OD Truck Driver Training.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload freight using forklift or manually.
• Operate tractor-trailer between service centers and customer locations.
• Read shipping labels and follow DOT guidelines.
• Secure freight inside trailers and ensure safe, on-time deliveries.
• Work in shifts including third shift, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
