Job summary

Austin Powder is seeking a CDL Driver/Operator to safely transport and deliver bulk products and assist at job sites. The role includes operating mobile manufacturing units onsite at customer locations to create bulk blasting products, with driving time distributed between roadwork and on-site labor.

Qualifications include a valid CDL, Hazmat endorsements, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather while lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A or Class-B CDL and clean driving record.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions and lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to read and interpret gauges.
• Hazmat, tanker, and air brake endorsements are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain vehicles and equipment in a safe, professional manner.
• Load/unload and transport materials to and from job sites, including hazardous materials.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs to Location Manager.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies for bulk and packaged explosives.
