Job summary

Radius Recycling is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to transport equipment and materials to various locations, complying with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and all DOT regulations. The role requires pre-trip inspections, log maintenance, and coordination with dispatch for timely deliveries.

Candidates must have 24 months of verifiable Class A driving in the last 5 years, clean driving history, and the ability to operate automated systems.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's license.
• FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse registration.
• 24 months verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 5 years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than one preventable accident in the last 3 years.
• Ability to use automated systems for dispatch/logs as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer or truck (26,000 GVW+) to transport equipment and materials to supplier, customer, storage, or processing locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure mechanical and safety readiness.
• Maintain logs of hours, vehicle service, and repairs per state/federal regulations.
• Receive dispatch instructions and complete deliveries; obtain receipts or signatures for delivered materials.
• Provide backup in yard operations and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
