Job summary

Radius Recycling is seeking a Truck Driver CDL B to transport equipment and materials to various locations while complying with DOT regulations and company HSE standards. The role includes operating loading equipment, performing pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and maintaining accurate logs.

Ideal candidates will have a valid CDL-B, a current Medical Card, and 24+ months of recent driving experience with clean PSP and Clearinghouse records. Some outdoor work and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with a current Medical Card.
• 24 months verifiable Class A or B driving experience in the last 5 years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than one preventable accident in the last 3 years.
• Must be registered in the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Ability to use automated systems for logs and reporting.
• Acceptable PSP report with review of violations.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor trailer or truck under 26,001 pounds to transport equipment and materials.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles.
• Maintain logs of working hours and vehicle service status.
• Secure materials for transport and verify documentation for deliveries or receipts.
• Provide backup or assistance in the yard as needed.
• Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and DOT regulations.
