Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service is seeking CDL Class A drivers to support daily delivery operations on open routes. The role offers a sign-on bonus and requires flexibility with routes and schedules while maintaining safety and delivery standards.

The position includes 10–15 hours of overtime weekly, with time-and-a-half OT after 40 hours. Starting pay ranges from $24.00 to $30.75 per hour, depending on experience, with company-wide benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must hold a valid CDL Class A driver's license OR complete company paid CDL training.

Responsibilities

• Fill in on open or unassigned routes to support daily delivery operations.
• Assist drivers with loading and sorting freight.
• Deliver and pick up freight from customers and shippers on time.
• Inspect and report mechanical issues with the vehicle.
• Verify pickups on shipping papers and collect payments as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and vehicle cleanliness.
• Attend weekly meetings and communicate goals and assignments.
