Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC in Dallas, TX is hiring a Regional Direct Store Delivery Driver with a Class A CDL to serve local communities and deliver to DSD locations. You'll represent KeHE with a focus on safety, accuracy, and exceptional service.

This full-time role requires a clean driving record, DOT knowledge, and ability to lift and move product. We offer day-one benefits, ESOP, 401(k), and a supportive, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• 12 months of verifiable driving experience, or <12 months with a perfectly clean MVR (no tickets or accidents).
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading product.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a commitment to KeHE's values of service to others.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle, delivering to Direct Store Delivery locations within the regional area.
• Execute daily routes and deliveries with timeliness and accuracy.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any issues.
• Load and unload product at delivery sites with proper handling.
• Maintain logs and vehicle records in Samsara per DOT and company policy.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel and uphold KeHE values.

Essential Functions

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle, complying with all federal, state, and local regulations while delivering product to Direct Store Delivery (DSD) locations within the assigned regional area.
• Execute daily assigned routes and deliveries efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of product to customers.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment, reporting any maintenance or operational issues to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Load and unload product at delivery sites, ensuring accuracy in all deliveries and proper handling of goods.
• Maintain accurate logs and vehicle service records in Samsara in compliance with company policy and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with store personnel at delivery locations, demonstrating a commitment to customer service and KeHE's values of putting people first.
• Adhere to all company safety standards and follow established protocols for maintaining a safe driving record.
• Adapt to changing schedules, routes, and assignments in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
• Act as an ambassador for KeHE’s values by participating in community initiatives and contributing to a culture of respect, inclusivity, and service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
