Job summary

KeHE Distributors seeks a Regional Direct Store Delivery Class A CDL Driver in Oregon to join our driver team. You will safely operate a Class A vehicle and deliver to DSD locations across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and parts of Utah, while maintaining logs per DOT rules.

Five-day work week with average start times from 2 am to 6 am. You will support community initiatives and embody KeHE’s people-first culture, delivering reliable, on-time service and building strong

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• At least 12 months verifiable driving experience (or a perfectly clean MVR).
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and loading.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle and deliver to DSD locations within the regional area.
• Execute daily routes and ensure timely, accurate deliveries to customers.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report any issues for safety compliance.
• Load and unload product, handling goods with care.
• Maintain logs and vehicle records per DOT and company policy.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel and uphold service values.
• Adhere to safety standards and adapt to changing schedules and routes.
• Act as an ambassador for KeHE’s values and engage in community initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Regional Direct Store Delivery Class A CDL Driver, you will be a vital part of a team that drives our business forward while making a positive impact on the communities we serve.

Five day work week with average start times ranging from 2 am – 6 am, delivering Regional to the following states: Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, parts of Utah.

Essential Functions

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle, complying with all federal, state, and local regulations while delivering product to Direct Store Delivery (DSD) locations within the assigned regional area.
• Execute daily assigned routes and deliveries efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of product to customers.
• Perform thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of equipment, reporting any maintenance or operational issues to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Load and unload product at delivery sites, ensuring accuracy in all deliveries and proper handling of goods.
• Maintain accurate logs and vehicle service records in Samsara in compliance with company policy and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with store personnel at delivery locations, demonstrating a commitment to customer service and KeHE’s values of putting people first.
• Adhere to all company safety standards and follow established protocols for maintaining a safe driving record.
• Adapt to changing schedules, routes, and assignments in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.
• Act as an ambassador for KeHE’s values by participating in community initiatives and contributing to a culture of respect, inclusivity, and service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• 12 months of verifiable driving experience, or less than 12 months with a perfectly clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) (no tickets or accidents).
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading product.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a commitment to representing KeHE’s values of service to others.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly, with a sense of ownership and accountability for the role.
