160 Driving Academy is seeking a CDL Class A Instructor Trainer who will teach students from pre-trip inspections to passing the CDL exam, in outdoor yards and on-road settings. You will work with a team of instructors, ensuring a consistent student experience and adhering to the defined curriculum.

Responsibilities include tracking attendance, maintaining records, and supporting remote yards as needed. The role emphasizes safety, punctuality, and professionalism in a hands-on training

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class A license with 24 months verifiable driving experience; state variance applies.
• Must meet state instructor licensing requirements where applicable.
• Must reside in or relocate to the applying state.

Responsabilidades

• Teach Class A driving skills in outdoor yards.
• Guide students through pre-trip inspections and maneuvers.
• Prepare students to pass CDL tests on first attempt.
• Track attendance and progress; provide support as needed.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
• Cover other yards during emergencies; assist with transfers.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and curriculum adherence.
• Keep yard clean and presentable.
• Report incidents to lead and corporate.
