Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of driving with a CDL.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication with clear instruction.
• Maintain a positive attitude in all circumstances.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Exceptional driving skills.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Class A CDL required.
• DOT medical card required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver instructional activities for CDL trainees.
• Establish and communicate clear objectives for each activity.
• Prepare the truck driving range for class and instruction.
• Observe and assess trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of trainee progress.
• Provide mentorship within the trucking industry.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations to oversee equipment maintenance and scheduling.
• Implement hands-on training in line with the CNS CDL curriculum.
• Stay current with regulations, compliance, and continuing education.
• Travel to client sites for contracted training as needed.
