Job summary

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license and valid driving record.
• Current DOT medical certification.
• Experience with LTL/City driving preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service.
• Ability to safely operate tractor-trailers in varied conditions.
• Ability to complete logs and transportation records accurately.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers and deliver freight.
• Pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections.
• Load, secure, and inspect cargo to prevent damage.
• Maintain logs and delivery documents accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch about routes and issues.
• Provide courteous service to customers and partners.
• Assist with loading/unloading when required.
• Maintain clean, professional vehicle and work area.
