Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A license and maintain driving record.
• Current DOT medical certification is required.
• Experience with LTL/City driving is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles, including tractor-trailers.
• Transport and deliver freight according to routes, schedules and customer requirements.
• Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and secure cargo.
• Maintain logs, delivery documents, and inspection reports accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and vehicle issues.
• Assist with loading/unloading freight when required.
