Job summary

A.P. Moller - Maersk in Socorro, TX is seeking a reliable Class A Truck Driver. You'll operate a Tractor Trailer, load and unload as needed, and deliver to stores, warehouses, and residential locations.

Expect about 200 miles daily, with a schedule Monday through Friday starting at 11am and finishing when work is done. The role offers competitive hourly pay of $22.00 with a starting range subject to market conditions, plus benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match, EAP,

Qualifications

• Valid Class A driver’s license.
• DOT medical requirement fulfilled.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A experience.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer and load/unload freight when needed.
• Complete timely and accurate deliveries to stores, warehouses, and residences.
• Deliver approximately 200 miles daily.
• Possibly perform some installations and touch freight handling.

Position and Location

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Class A Truck Driver to join our team in Socorro, TX. Candidates MUST HAVE AT Least 1 year of verifiable experience in the last 5 years.

Salary & Hours

50%-70% TOUCH FREIGH Pay : $22.00 per hour *The above stated pay is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 11am-finish

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Tractor Trailer, Load and unload freight using liftgate and pallet jack when needed touching freight is required 50% of time
• Complete timely and accurate deliveries
• Deliver to commercial and residential locations
• Approximately 200 miles driven daily
• Deliveries to stores, warehouse, yards. airport
• Some Installations may be required

Requirements

• Valid Class A driver’s license
• DOT MEDICAL Required
• Clean driving record
• No speeding 15 over
• No DUI or criminal history
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A experience
• Must complete full application process
• Must pass road test
