Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A Driver (LTL) to operate tractor-trailer or straight trucks for palletized freight delivery and pickups. The job includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a Monday–Friday schedule with 10–15 hours of overtime each week.

Pay ranges from $24.00 to $30.75 per hour, based on experience, with overtime paid time and a half after 40 hours. Full-time position with benefits and a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A driver's license with a good driving record that meets company standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct a pre-trip inspection before driving to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment are in good working order.
• Deliver palletized freight and pick up shipments from shippers in a timely manner.
• Verify all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate.
• Collect payment for shipments as necessary and return bill of ladings to the office for billing purposes.
• Maintain all required DOT and company safety certifications.
