Spee Dee Delivery Service is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to operate a tractor-trailer or straight truck, delivering and picking up palletized freight on a next-day basis. The role emphasizes safety, timely deliveries, and accurate paperwork.

Hours are Monday–Friday, starting at 7:30 AM with 10–15 hours of overtime expected weekly. The pay ranges from $24.00 to $30.75 per hour, depending on experience, with time-and-a-half after 40 hours. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid CDL Class A with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure safety and mechanical readiness.
• Submit mileage and maintenance forms; complete trip paperwork.
• Deliver palletized freight and pick up shipments from shippers.
• Verify load documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Collect payment when required and return bill of lading documents.
• Maintain DOT certifications and company safety policies.
• Wash tractor/equipment daily; keep exterior clean.
• Assist other drivers with loading, delivery, or pickup as needed.
