QXO is seeking a CDL Driver to safely and efficiently deliver building materials to customer locations and job sites in the Arlington, TN area. The role blends driving with hands-on loading/unloading and securing loads, with a focus on safety in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a valid CDL Class A license, 1–2 years of commercial driving experience, and solid knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations. Strong customer service and reliable communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport building materials to customer locations and job sites.
• Conduct pre-trip, en‑route, and post-trip inspections per DOT/FMCSA and company policy.
• Plan routes considering traffic, weather, and site access.
• Assist with loading/unloading and material handling as required.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers and document delivery details.
