Job summary

QXO is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to safely transport building materials to customer locations and job sites. The role combines driving with loading/unloading duties, ensuring compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations and company safety standards.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and customer-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Frequent driving, field-based work, and adherence to schedules are required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL Class A license in good standing.
• Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport building materials, products, and equipment to customer locations according to delivery schedules.
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections in line with DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Plan routes considering traffic and jobsite access; communicate with dispatch.
• Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.
