Job summary

QXO is seeking a safety-minded CDL Driver (Class A) to deliver building materials to customer locations and job sites. This role combines driving with loading, unloading, and securing loads in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, plan routes, document deliveries, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, professional vehicle and complying with DOT/FMCSA regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and safe driving practices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to plan routes and use digital delivery tools.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport building materials to customer locations according to schedules.
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections following DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Load, secure, and unload materials using proper methods.
• Document deliveries and obtain customer signatures and required confirmations.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate delivery status to dispatch.
