Job summary

QXO is seeking a CDL Driver to safely and efficiently deliver building materials to customer sites. This role combines driving with loading, unloading, and material handling in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain logs, and uphold DOT/FMCSA regulations while delivering exceptional customer service. A valid CDL A/B license and 1–2 years of verifiable experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license in good standing.
• Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport building materials to customer locations and job sites.
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections per DOT/FMCSA rules.
• Plan routes considering traffic and site access; communicate with dispatch.
• Load, secure, and unload materials; verify delivery accuracy with customers.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and complete delivery documentation on time.
• Follow safety policies; utilize spotters when needed; adapt to conditions.
