Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a waste collection truck and provide courteous service to customers. The role requires pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections, adherence to safety standards, and accurate reporting of route productivity and VCRs.

Qualifications

• CDL-B or higher with air brakes endorsement required.
• Demonstrated ability to operate a heavy truck on residential/commercial routes.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of the vehicle.
• Safely operate the truck along assigned routes and service customers on schedule.
• Load and unload waste, using the packer and controls as directed by policy.
• Maintain accurate route and productivity reports and VCRs daily.
• Uphold safety policies and interact professionally with customers and dispatchers.
