Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver with a Class B CDL to safely operate a collection truck and provide reliable waste removal services. You will ensure vehicle compliance with safety standards, complete daily vehicle condition reports, and service customers along a predefined route with courtesy and professionalism.

The role emphasizes safety, timely service, and adherence to Company policies while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior experience driving commercial trucks preferred.
• Class B or higher CDL with air brakes endorsement is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure safety and proper vehicle function.
• Safely operate the truck on designated routes and service customers as identified.
• Load and unload refuse, operate the packer, and dispose of materials at designated facilities.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers and coworkers daily.
• Complete route productivity sheets and vehicle condition reports as required.
