Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt, courteous waste removal services for customers. The role requires adherence to safety standards and completion of daily vehicle condition reports to address any defects promptly.

The candidate will perform pre- and post-operation inspections, drive routes as assigned, and maintain productivity reports while interacting professionally with customers, dispatchers, and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle.
• Safely operate the heavy truck along the route and service customers.
• Complete required route productivity sheets and vehicle condition reports (VCRs).
• Follow safety policies and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations.
