Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver with a Class B CDL to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt, courteous waste removal services to customers. You will verify vehicle readiness, adhere to safety standards, complete daily VCRs and route sheets, and maintain productive service on assigned routes.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, adherence to company policies, and ongoing safety training.

Qualifications

• CDL(B) with air brakes endorsement required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy truck along designated route and service each customer.
• Perform pre-/post-operation vehicle inspections and report safety issues.
• Load refuse and operate the packer and related equipment.
• Maintain productivity and complete route/productivity sheets and VCRs.
