Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) in the United States to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt, courteous waste removal for customers. This role requires pre- and post-trip inspections and strict adherence to Company safety standards and regulations.

The driver will service routes, complete required reports, and maintain professional interactions with customers and dispatchers to ensure timely and compliant pickups.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher CDL with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle.
• Safely operate the truck on assigned routes and service customers on schedule.
• Load refuse using the packer and operate the compactor according to safety policies.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers and coworkers to ensure timely service.
• Complete route sheets, VCRs, and other required reports.
